Individuals & Crowds
In a world comprised of individuals making their own statements and decisions, it is important to keep an eye on the trees among the wood.
While each individual is important, when they are gathered together into a crowd they become a market. The aggregated views is therefore important too.
It is the individual who buys. But they
often buy from within a crowd.
Market research needs to be about acknowledging the individual while seeking the common strands that draw individuals together.
At Cambridge Direction we like to get among individuals and
understand how they build together into a market and how
this market can be influenced.
We also never lose sight of the
needs of the individual either.
